Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags still attached.
To start a return, contact us at contact@titanwearproject.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
